Committed as ever to their corporate social responsibility drive, iMatrix101 Group donated backpacks filled with books, pens, crayons and other essential learning materials to the recipients of the iMatrix101 Change a Life Scholarship at the Initiative for Women and Girls Empowerment (IWGE) Orphanage located at Wellington.

During the presentation, Augusta Memuna Conteh, Sponsorship, Events & CSR Executive for Elixir Marketing & Media, the communication and media unit of the iMatrix101 Group, said that iMatrix101 has had a steady and productive relationship with IWGE since April of 2016, from assisting with finance to pay the rent, to selecting the children that have become beneficiaries to the scholarship and continuing the support to ensure the future leaders are empowered to one day contribute to society. “We want to keep motivating these young people to ensure they reach their full potential.”

Marketing and Media Manager, Ajara Bomah presented the learning materials to the children, stating that her and her team were extremely pleased with the excellent results they received in school and iMatrix101 was proud to see them making the most of the opportunity given to them. “You students are an inspiration to youth pushing to make their dreams come true. Keep up the good work.”

Admin Supervisor Mohamed Sheka thanked iMatrix101 for the donation and show of goodwill, saying that all the past support to present day was appreciated and may the relationships between both organizations continue.
